Miami, FL - (November 27, 2006) - Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC announces today that it has received FDA approval
for RESPIRAM, a respiratory stimulant for use in dogs, cats and horses. RESPIRAM is indicated to stimulate respirations during and
after anesthesia, to speed awakening and return of reflexes after anesthesia and to initiate or stimulate respirations in neonates
after dystocia or cesarean section. RESPIRAM will be supplied in 20 mL multidose vials and will be available to veterinarians through
distributors.
